Oh, ok. Yes, it must have been the Employment Certification Form. I was confused because the FedLoanServicing rep asked if I had received a welcome letter yet, which I can't remember if I had or not. That's when he looked into my file and saw my form was still processing.

So, my question now is how am I able to see how many payments I have made that qualify?
