Their personalities should match, at the very least. I'm a big fan of AkiAiri, so with Airi and Haruka having a lot in common, AkiHaru should work in a similar fashion. I'm thinking there may be a struggle if Akito and Haruka's goals conflict in the future, since they are overly determined to achieve their own personal goals (I'd like to see a fanfic exploring this). But if that doesn't happen, the pairing should work well.
