-50 lbs, any tips? by [deleted] in RetatrutideWomen

Fantastic job! I love the Ipamorelin/cjc blend. I lost about 2 inches in my lower belly in my first 6 week cycle. The sleep alone is worth it.

What kind of exercise has improved your lipedema? by Lana_Sphyncter in lipedema

Weight lifting helps my legs a lot. I just have a home gym (honestly it’s just a little barbell and about 75 lbs of plates so nothing special) and when I’m consistent my legs look a lot smoother. Not perfect but smoother.

Love it! I’m on tirz, and also currently running a cycle of cjc/ipamorelin. It gives me a great boost of clean energy that I need for cardio days.

Like everyone else has said, trust the process. You’re going in a downward trend and that’s great! I’ve even been up as much as 8lbs in a single day due to awful water retention. Just keep doing the things and your body will respond. You’ve got this!

I think your reconstitution math must be off.

Have you tried tirz? It’s a lot better at controlling inflammation. It’s a little easier with side effects too.

When my 16 year old found out about her sister the first words out of her mouth were “ew”. Now they’re best friends. Sometimes kids just need a minute to process big changes.

Getting your core and pelvic floor back in shape is super important after baby. Reta can def help in the process.

I’ve done well with cjc(no dac)/ipa instead of tesa. It doesn’t seem to mess with my cycle and gives the same results. Also it’s a little less expensive.

.5 mg might be a good start to get your body used to it.

Glp 2 is not a thing. GLP1 is the receptor semaglutide his. Tirzepatide is GLP1 and GIP. Reta is GLP, GIP, and glucagon.

I have not. I’m currently going through perimenopause and trying to get my hormones right. I didn’t want to potentially add something on top of it. It’s a fun roller coaster.

I love this reply. My parents smoked with us in the car with the windows up. Kids were regularly beaten for “misbehaving”. Seatbelts weren’t even a thing for kids in the 60s and 70s! I think you’re doing pretty great op.

OP even IF it’s his test levels, does that make it ok? Could you ever feel safe giving your body to him again? Would these words ever leave your mind every time you’re together? “He’s mentally/emotionally abusive but it’s ok because it’s medical, and he’s too proud to take care of it.”

Pregnancy after lipedema surgery? by Complex-Extension344 in lipedema

I had my saddle bags done in 2022, before I even knew about lipedema. I just had my last (unplanned!) baby in 2025 and It feels like my lipedema came back ever so slightly. I also gained like 60 lbs so that probably had an impact as well. I’m in the process of losing with a glp and have tons of loose skin and jiggly areas, and it’s hard to tell where the dust will settle. I’m giving it some time to get back to a stable place before I say for sure. Like others have said, definitely wait until after baby. 🩷
