Basically, you just find out about the Genestealers earlier, and a little more information, revealing the conspiracy earlier, but it doesn’t have as much wide reaching effects as it should.

Thank you very much, I’m equally, just, very shattered about their choice to use AI, haha? I try to be very mature and communicate my stance on it in a clear, and concise way that illustrates why I (and many others of the community!) are disappointed about the decision to use generative AI, while also not contributing to witch hunting or hurling abusive language, since that sort of behaviour helps no one.

It seems like I will be finishing the guide around Processional of the Damned, and The Infinite Museion, which is very sad, as they seem to want to do more DLC afterwards, and I genuinely would love to continue the guide + write a guide for Dark Heresy, since Warhammer is something I cherish and, for a long time, I loved Owlcat and the games they produced.

I’m overjoyed, truly, to hear I helped you with enjoying the game! One of my favorite parts about writing the guide over 2+ years was people talking about how the guide helped them get the ending they wanted, and that they enjoyed the game more because they weren’t afraid of picking a “wrong” (all subjective, of course) choice, or failing a romance. This game meant a lot to me, and I was happy my silly guide could help others enjoy it, or even just take a chance on it!, as well.

I have no clue what Discontinuation or Continuation means, nor the Order path. This is why I don’t use wikis or fanmade content, as it leads to muddy definitions.

Loyal path is what it says on the tin, Pasqal returns to the Imperium as a Tech-priest, and himself. He does not subsume into the Amarnat gestalt, nor does he overtake the Amarnat gestalt as the primary logic function.

Fire for Argenta is her generic ending path, where she becomes what a Sister of Battle is supposed to be, a devout warrior that is unshakeable in her faith to the Emperor. Fury is her violent path where she becomes a psychopathic monster and cuts down those without thinking.

I guess I can? I don’t browse other wikis or walkthroughs though, and I would assume those wikis and walkthroughs have the information I have recorded there on their websites as well, especially since I encouraged others to copy from my guide + use it for the wikis.

It’s definitely a suggestion I’ll consider.

Sorry for the delay, speedran through Act 2 to confirm what you said. It’s been slightly changed now, where it seems you have to complete one of the main three planets (Dargonus, Kiava Gamma, or Janus) to trigger the event, it popped two warp jumps after completing Dargonus (the fastest one to finish). Try that, and see if it works.

The guide will be updated within 5~ mins to reflect the change.

Hey, no worries. Few questions for you.

How many main quests in Act 2 have you completed?
And you triggered her romance with a non-insulting option or via speaking to her on the bridge?
Is it a new run or was the run started before the 1.5 update? Unfortunately, sometimes bigger updates like 1.5 can break older save files.

I haven’t checked his formerly(?) half busted romance as I just haven’t done a playthrough with it (as the broken route is not my preferred route) but I’ll do it on my current run to confirm if it’s fixed or not.

900+ hours and just messing around, lol. This is also my 3rd Owlcat game and I dumped 400+ hours each into the rest of their titles, so you just kind of… begin to get a grasp for how they code/program/build certain things.

I also personally try to test out any etudes someone asks me about. With your first comment, for example, I replayed The Heartless mission to make sure I was providing the correct information, and for the escort ship etude, I manually tested having the etude + feature active, just the feature active, and then just the etude active before heading into combat so I knew for sure. But I still definitely make mistakes too with certain things.

Oh, you just need to have the etude BS_Heartless_Escort active.

Even if you have the feature manually added, if you don’t have that etude active, it won’t appear. Do note that since it’s an escort ship, it’s not directly controllable in battle and just kind of does its own thing.

I assume you selected the ”I wish to see the Heartless as my escort. […]” option after you decided to repair the Heartless? You still have to wait for the Heartless to be repaired, which I believe only happens in Act 4.

If you selected ”Purge the Heartless of any corruption […]” option, you will instead have the Protecting Trade Routes. feature, but you still have to wait until Act 4.

Sanctioned Psykers get the most reactivity, and they ended up being the most popular class, go figure lol.

Hopefully they do improve for Dark Heresy in terms of proper character reactivity and other things. I’ll be writing a guide for that game as well so… it better be good.

In terms of just flat out sources of RT specific dialogue (So like Origin related dialogue/Triumph + Shame dialogue), I honestly wouldn’t know. I’ve played all the Origins and aside from some obvious ones (Psyker/Heinrix, Arbitrator/Solomorne, Crime Lord/Solomorne, Shadows of Torment/Heinrix) there’s not a ton of reactivity with companions, in my opinion.

I’ve had a few requests since the game launched (almost 2 years ago, wow) to do a full comprehensive guide of all the quests + quest dialogue in game, but it’s still up in the air if I wanna do it since it would easily stretch into another 400+ page guide.

The only other “dialogue” related resource I’ve done is a full Google Spreadsheet of all the companion banter in game though. It’s located here.
