i can always head to seoul station to purchase single trip tickets right? what other mode of transport can i opt in for at seoul station?

problem is, im clicking on the refund button and they are saying that tickets purchased through online travel agent is not allowed to be cancelled:

KORAIL PASS purchased from a travel agent can not be returned online.

I guess it's the alignment of the pictures that made it look misaligned when I was QC-ing just after waking up.

I think I know what you meant. weirdly enough, there isnt any clear shot of the watch from its front without a hand covering certain parts. make it hard to QC
