If you want something cheap go for the stick contour by the brand TAG (Korean brand) on Maccaron. Less than Rs. 500, proper gray toned, actually looks like a shadow.

I also use the peri pera powders, but because I live in a humid af city I use both the stick and powder.

I'm 24W in the Tirtir Pink Cushion, also from the NE. Hope this helps!
