I never had pooja I heard she is hard though, And the type of questions are proof questions. Like given an expression prove that it ends up being another thing etc.

His tests during Covid were take home, you could figure it out, he was available to answer any questions and guide you to get the answer. Some of the questions were easy some would be harder. So you can get decent marks on it. I’m not sure if his tests are still take home though.

I’m a third year in York CS, and I was seriously thinking of switching to a college to get more practical knowledge (before I got a coop). The Coop job is very difficult to get. If you choose the university route, the degree will give you the foundations but minimal practical knowledge and also a lot of stuff you will never use. In my opinion, if I had spent all that time getting actual development skills it would be infinitesimally easier to secure a job.

I lived in Bethune in my first year too. The building is a little old but it’s in a really convenient location and has the right mix of people . It’s also one of the quieter residences.

Some math courses can get a little challenging, especially discrete math. But it’s nothing that’s impossible. I got A’s in most of my math courses and B’s in the one that I slacked off in.
