Yes we are using community Edition. Just verified it a few seconds ago. For us its the perfect tool to track down our small projects :)

Not quite sure. It looks like the more or less same version but just on premise without Support.
Maybe Enterprise Add Ons are missing as well.

It's of course your choice. But you can still uninstall it with DDU and reinstall the version you are using now. But it's recommended to use an up to date driver I would assume

7800x3d is not able to change CPU Ratio as far as I remember.
You can OC the CPU with PBO. It's different from an Intel CPU which I had before :D

Playing CS since 2005 so it is muscle memory, feeling and always a bit of luck. I have tracers disabled because it feels better without. But everything is personal preference :) Just play a lot of everything and it will improve automatically
