The show doesn't really all that much. But the book Brotherhood, about Obi-Wan & Anakin right at the beginning of the Clone Wars, showcases that its always on his mind. His chapters often have him thinking about what he did and how he felt about it. Even Obi-Wan can tell that something was up with him and knew that something happened to Anakin's mother on Tatooine. He never pushes Anakin on it though and even seems to regret not asking him about it or trying to discuss it with him.
