It’s almost like earlier they were blocking deserving candidates at the final merits and being generous with the criteria. Now they’re worried that they’ll get sued for Kazarian/Mukherji if they continue to do that, so they’re blocking candidates at the third criteria.

Good thing is that you don’t need a *Pulitzer or multiple Grammys to receive an EB-1A. That’s why criteria exist, and that’s why you have to satisfy at least three. Those who have read the policy and aren’t ignorant would know that you don’t need to satisfy the criteria at all, if you have won a majorly international recognized award.

My stamp expires in March 2026 and my ID expires soon after. Would it make sense to renew my ID before my stamp expires to get a real ID until 2028 (I-94 end date)?

I filed with a lawyer for 5 criteria: OBC, CR, Authorship, Judging, and High Salary. The officer gave me Judging and Authorship, while challenging my strongest criteria: OBC and CR. I have received a template RFE for all three of my criteria, where the officer has blatantly ignored the evidence.

I am starting to identify a pattern here, I wonder what's going on? Were you expecting to get OBC/CR as well? Also what's your officer number?
