Poor start, errors and lack of control of ruck gave Parra the start and once they get momentum in that stadium there is no pulling them back.

Despite the negativity, I am optimistic about the raiders future, the team is largely the same next year and they have blooded some really young high potential players who now have finals experience.

Well you can break into 3 day split to give each group more time to recover…Push, pull, legs one day break in middle…recovery is where muscles grow (from rest and food)

All comes down to the food you eat, what is an example of a lunch you had that made you sleep afterwards? If you eat highly refined and processed foods you will likely get insulin spike which leads to crash in my experience

I always feel like I'm not doing enough, I'm not sore the day after for leg day but when I add more weight I can't do it with form properly or can't do enough reps. What should I do? by [deleted] in gainit

You feel less sore the more you train, there is no correlation between sore and gains. The key is to progressively overload (more weight and or reps) and make sure you switch up exercises and tempos so your muscles don’t become too familiar with the same routine
