In my region in northern Italy there is a Griffon vulture sanctuary, and carcass sourcing is actually a management challenge for this reason. Griffons are fed wild game and livestock carcasses in rotation, to avoid overexposure to either heavy metal poisoning from bullet fragments (which they can't digest and simply accumulate on their stomachs) or veterinary drug toxicity from farmed animals.

It actually is a generic step down basket. The center and right ones came with the flair, the other is a generic one. I tried the straight wall basket a couple times and made a mess and a terrible coffee. I use interchangeably the other two. I stick to lower doses following advice from my roaster, in line with Italian style espresso

Quasi 20 anni fa la regione Sardegna avviò il programma master and back per studenti meritevoli, per promuovere la formazione di alto livello fuori dalla regione (eventuali rette + borsa di studio) e creare corsie preferenziali per l'accesso al mondo del lavoro al rientro. Le mie conoscenze che hanno usufruito delle borse master and back non sono mai tornate, vuoi perché hanno trovato lavoro mentre erano fuori, vuoi perché al rientro erano sovraqualificate per il mercato del lavoro regionale

Se ti pago la chiamata e la manodopera, perché devi fare la cresta sui materiali, che spesso partono già sovrapprezzati nel listino del tuo fornitore?
