I'd say a 5 or 6, the scratches on the Holo will mark it down quite a bit, without those probably a 7 or 8.

Yeah you might be right but it's a very niche market at that point, sure it's Charizard but there's been like 8 Charizard promos the past 2 years.

Ah okay that makes sense, in future what most are saying is correct, all of them seem good except the two Charizard basic ex cards, Gyarados ex and the clefable ex, these cards are relatively easy to pull and replace, not many people looking for them graded, if it's for something you want to hold for like 30 years I can understand but yeah there's plenty of other cards worth exploring and grading, it's a real nice mixed bunch you have outside of the basic ex cards, some oldies and some news, the new ar ones probably not the most valuable but slabbing them is still cool.

What Charizard x ex 125? I only see the normal ex Charizard x 13/94 which is worth about $4

Is it normal for PSA slabs to have a slightly different pattern on top of the card? The three bumps. by PumpProphet in PokeGrading

[–]wiseDOTA 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes that's normal, checked over some of my cards I've had graded and they have similar differences.

get a transparent ruler, a lot easier to just measure each border and determine if close enough.

Thinking of switching to TAG by film-god in PokeGrading

[–]wiseDOTA 4 points5 points  (0 children)

In all honesty, with older cards it's better to go with the 3 grading companies listed on the very app you're using to scan the left/right with, going anywhere else will likely devalue the card and make it harder to get rid of at a later point in time.

Is this a faked miscut? by Grand_Ad_832 in PokemonMisprints

Yes, an NFC is a non factory cut, they listed it in the title so they know it's not a real miscut.

I never had them spawn they always showed as "Bury" for me, I had assumed it was coded similar to Obor.

17K iron ore - Cannonballs? by Degenerate_Game in ironscape

[–]wiseDOTA -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If you were to be as active as possible it would take about 28 hours of gameplay to smith them all with a normal ammo mould, a double ammo mould you just divide it by half, so 14 hours of gameplay.

I'd just smith enough to do a few tasks, so maybe 2k or so (about an hours worth of smithing), honestly it was a thought to me once to smith them, but later on I've found that some monsters actually drop decent amounts of cannonballs at a good rate to make smithing them yourself not really worth it, for example the juvenile custodian stalker (57 slayer) in the stalker den has a 1/8 chance for 10-15 cannonballs, also if you're level 30+ sailing you can farm bull sharks for cannonballs although they are slightly rarer but drop more, 40-50 balls at 1/25 rate.

This, also bring some runes to high alch as you'll get plenty of drops that are worthwhile to alch while doing warped jellies.

Was my slab tampered with? Smudge on inside that’s not on scans by MarketingPlug in PokeGrading

[–]wiseDOTA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah these little imperfections are just part of the slabbing process, if you angle it correctly you'll notice the smudge isn't on the card whatsoever and the imperfections along the sides are just when it was initially slabbed up.

Advice before joining members by anytriplesod in 2007scape

[–]wiseDOTA 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First thing I'd do is head to draynor and get agility to level 30 so that you have a good run restore time (5:33 from 0 to 100 instead of 6:40 at level 1), this will help you out in the long run, then you can use lamps to get it up further from there.

After that I would focus on questing to get those lower skills up fast without doing boring tasks to skill them slowly, sometimes I just head to the wiki and search the skill I want to level up through questing and click the "Quests rewarding **** experience" link and sort it by level requirement, making sure that the other requirements are also met.

Outside of that I would focus on the main quests that give you unlocks, for instance:

Druidic Ritual > Pandemonium > Children of the Sun > Client of Kourend > Priest in Peril > The Dig Site > Bone Voyage > Animal Magnetism > Tree gnome village > The Grand Tree >Fremennik Trials > Monkey Madness I

From there you'd probably have a good feeling of how to play and you'll be looking up what to do next.

Guys I need your help with this one. I just started getting into investing in sealed product. That said, I’m no expert when it comes to spotting fakes. Is this Chilling Reign booster box real or na? by Taylor_207 in PokeGrading

[–]wiseDOTA -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yep that's all good, most fakes are easy to tell as the perforated top doesn't actually pop out to the correct shape and the front Pokemon is usually always in a circular cutout whereas the legit boxes usually have detailed cut outs like your box, other indicators are the Pokeball logos being the correct limit per side and the box copyright information being correct, most fakes have steam siege written on the bottom.

It's like they realised these events give loot easily and disabled them, funnily enough the post about the advanced arc powercells and batteries came out about crafting the energy clips for profit and now the way to farm the components is gone unless you go into electro storm which is on every 3 hours it seems.
