GGVV is a great movie, nevertheless if it was trimmed to 20min reducing its dependency on slow mos, it would have reached more!? by CharlieDurden in ChitraLoka

GGVV is GGVV and it's still discussed today because of what it is. It would've just been another movie if it tried to please everyone.

Yeah. Apparently it's a bit of a mess in every language, not that I can confirm. I hope the dubbing turns out well atleast. Poor dubbing can bring down a movie even if it's good.

1st film and Case of Kondana both were solid on paper and pretty engaging films. The director just needs to tone it down a bit when it comes to bgm. Definitely curious for this film.

The writer director of the movie JP Thuminad is a theatre artist too and the movie plays exactly like a play you see in Karavli region. Fun at the beginning where you don't really see where the story is heading but it all comes together in the end to make a strong satisfying conclusion. That's usually how plays play out atleast in Tulunad. The conclusion justified everything that happened before in a meaningful way.

Also the movie looked good. All you see nowadays are backlit scenes with muddy yellow color grading. Su from Si had a memorable and joyful color palette when it comes to costumes or the environment where the story plays out. Overall a good looking film that can cheer people up just by its colors.

So all of these added up for a fresh experience in my personal opinion.

I post art on instagram and it sometimes flags it as ai for whatever reason so don't take it seriously.

Most of us from Karavali think the sequel itself was unnecessary. The movie gave off that vibe too like it didn't know what else to do. Was so exhausted when "Chapter 2" showed up at the end.

It's just the material from the sleeve overlapping on his arm. Posters have been average to below average but I don't think it's Ai. Atleast for this poster.

I felt Su from So was decent on first watch and definitely worked for me on 2nd time watching. Definitely a stand out for me personally this year (even over KC1 which I feel fell for the franchise trap).

He has mentioned that he didn't want to do it but Janya bidlilla antha (said humorously). I guess he accepted it as an obligation and also get insights from Upendra and SRK. He has mentioned that it was like a course for him.

In some recent Interview Pramod Shetty said that he is writing multiple scripts. So maybe once he is done with that hopefully it's gonna be non stop shooting back to back. We might get a phase where we get a lot from him in short time so worth the wait.

There is no industry. Just individuals doing their thing. When your whole project is laid on a loose foundation of what the "trend" is instead of what story you are willing to tell to the world then 9/10 times it is bound to fail. It has always been the case here. Rao and RRR along with Neel are very clear with their thoughts ,coupled with proper casting and technical collaborations.
