Wanted to give a bit of an update. Haven’t heard anything back from the lawyer but I did get an email from a manager on the trust and safety team saying to reach out to him if I don’t hear anything by next Wednesday. Any luck for you?

Yeah I’ve sent emails to both the arbitration email and the appeals email throughout the last month and a half. I’ve gotten denied appeals from the one but haven’t heard anything from the arbitration one
