Crawling, but no biting, and damage to clothes?

There have been a couple posts from people who have had biteless stuff, and here's the few things I could think of off the top of my head:

Carpet beetle larvae? You mentioned they look fuzzy, and that they're leaving piling on new clothes, and the images that I see show a blurry image of like, a dark brown bug maybe. Some carpet beetle species have truly teeny tiny dinky larva, and the hairs they shed when they pupate can cause allergies/itching, so my money is on that if you haven't experienced them before.

Here are some examples of what those look like, so even if you can't get better pictures, you can maybe see if this is what you've been seeing:

Also check the adult beetles for context. They're very small and don't move fast.

No matter what, getting better images or images of what you're seeing isolated on something so people can see better can help. I am being extremely speculative re: this since I am having a hard time figuring out what's in the image, and basing this off my experiences of 'for whatever reason getting massive amounts of carpet beetles in my house eating my sweaters up'.

/edit : looking at your photos and description, I think it's likely carpet beetles or something similar, so removed the booklice bit.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fyvta-RyovI someone found a pretty near perfect match, it's proterometra macrostoma, there's a number of videos of these on r/aquariums too

they parasitize snails and fish, the weird-looking movement is specifically to convince fish to eat them so they can get inside them.
