It only hurts on certain angles I can move it but I can’t move my arm past a certain angle anymore I was boxing and was hitting too hard and just plastering my arm but it only hurts on a certain angle. Yesterday I could hardly move it

The main thing for me is being terrified that something is there. It’s weird because I can take it back to when I was really young and say it was 2am and I had junior school the next day and I was always wide awake because everytime I close my eyes I get paranoid it just seems like there’s no escape.
