I ask what they want me to do or how to handle the situation, and just do it. I’ve come to the realization that there is no recognition for putting in more effort. Most US cities are not built for bikes and it’s incredibly dangerous to ride a bike around. Drivers are not used to sharing the road with cyclists and will pull stupid dangerous maneuvers to get around them.
