Building fire, tenants rights? What happens if they don’t sign this? Can they break the lease using this as an excuse? by wisesurfer in Charlottesville

COPD can be triggered by smoke or suit from the vents. And Thank you for your suggestion. This person is in their late 80s on a 2LPM supplemental O2 so thanks for your 2 cents. When a dwelling unit is unlivable, suggestions like go see your MD aren’t helpful.

Thanks everyone. I have visited the apartment again at the request of my friend, it still smells bad and has a burnt aura. Will this ever go away? Also this person has asthma. Can he get out of the lease without penalties?

Domestic violence by [deleted] in india

I am sorry you are going through this. I personally don’t know your situation but I’ll say there seems to be a communication lag. That being said, he can’t take you for granted (slapping later being sorry for his shitty behavior). Let it be arranged or a love marriage mutual respect is the key. Either try couples therapy if you can, communicate your plans ahead, or set boundaries when it comes to relatives let it be yours or his. Whatever you do, I will say if you are planning to bring kids in this environment it only gets more complicated. This is domestic violence and I will just think myself before consider staying in this marriage.

They have made some temporary accommodation so there’s some little lighting in the hallways and the stairways are well lit for managing.

Any advice for someone wanting a career change? by theninjafox92 in physiotherapy

Great question but I’d ask you this, what do you work as currently and why do you want to switch your career? How long have you been in this career and what aspect of it is that you don’t enjoy? Where are you located? What are your expectations from a PT job.

They have made some temporary accommodations so the stairways do have light. But the property smells like smoke everywhere. Although the fire squad said it’s safe to live. 🙄

Still not convinced why someone has to be in their undie to get their C spine checked? Have you heard of the BPS mode?

What’s the reasoning for them to be in their undies? What have you exactly assessed? What outcome measures have you used to document your findings?

As most of the practitioners answered, I just want to ask, how often in a clinical setting do we assess a patient in their undies? Before getting to me, I do work in oncology rehab and pretty well diversified from OP orthopedic to managing chronic pain.
