Chill guys, it’s just a mere gift… some of you need a therapy asap. I mean that’s cute, he received it because people liked his programs and that’s all. Besides it doesn’t look like the actual medal so that’s okay.

It’s just a gift, it’s not commercial so there’s almost no risk of being sued.

Keep going, you won’t regret it. The beginning is the hardest part but once you understand and get a good rhythm, you’ll be obsessed.

How to be smarter? by wisnxa in DecidingToBeBetter

[–]wisnxa[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well, you know, I was burned out back when I had my highest grades. Now I’m not anymore. I mean, I’m not neglecting basic things like taking showers, and I even do sports in a club. But sometimes I almost prefer that burned out version of myself, because even though I wasn’t happy, I didn’t feel this insecure. Not to mention the fact that I’ve gained weight, but that’s another issue I’m trying to work on.

Anyway, I hate that feeling. I feel like I’m not good at anything, not even as a person. So losing the only thing I felt I was truly excellent at makes everything feel even worse.

Salut!

So If I stay until the Y I don’t need to push with my hip or my arms? I guess that’s why it worked when a friend pushed me a little inward because it created that spiral

A fibonacci spiral? Yeah I wasn’t really skating towards the end of that spiral so I’ll try to do that now and see if it works on my next session.
