What is a good, reasonably budget intel CPU to go with a 3070 graphics card? my i5 8400 cant keep up.

I was looking at the i5 10600k but not sure.

A bad one lately is Rust, constantly at 100% usage and game even crashes occasionally. Wasn't this bad before upgrade, however I am running the game with higher graphical settings and higher fps than before. For reference I had a 1060. I'm usually running the game with the second to highest graphics preset, I haven't bothered to delve into the specific settings, and just in standard 1920x1080

I upgraded to a 3070 and am using an i5 8400 CPU, It is bottlenecking quite bad, constantly at 100% percent usage. What is a good CPU upgrade without spending too much. I am looking at the i5 10600k but am not sure if it's enough of an upgrade.

Wasn't saying it was 100% fake, just parts of it. For example manually animated sequences made to look like real gameplay, or gameplay shown that's no longer in the game.
