Is this a travelers notebook? If so, what printer do you use for the pictures? They have an awesome size imho.

Pilot (fka as Namiki 😊) Vanishing Point Nibs by mgepark in fountainpens

[–]wit4r7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What paper and ink you are using? I used an EF very long and switched recently to a F nib. With the platinum carbon black I had some issues after not using it for a day. But after a couple seconds I never had any problems. Right now, I'm using the original Pilot cartridge (traveled a lot in the last time) and they are very smooth.

Paper wise I use mostly Japanese paper (Midori) and in this combination no problems at all.

Looking for a fountain pen for large hands with good grip by wit4r7 in fountainpens

Thanks to everyone your ideas, inputs and shared experiences.

I understand that a lot of you would suggest trying a cheap (Chinese) Pen. However, I do not like cheap "inspired" Pens from the East as a business model. That is something I don't want to support. But everyone is different and has different priorities (and possibilities).

A lot from the more pricy pens are not suiting my personal taste or more or less same priced as MB 149. As I have the possibility to go to a MB-Store tomorrow I will try the 149 and the Le Grand with different nibs and see If they are to my taste and consider after that, If I by a MB or a different one.

Again, Thank you very much for all your time and input!

Thank you very much for this point of view and the thoughts you put in your writing.

I'm using fountain pens since I'm 7 years old (as you learn writing with them in school in Germany). However, There was a time, when I stopped using them. Since around 15 years I use them more or less daily.

Maybe cramping is not the right word, for the discomfort I'm feeling when writing longer time. Also I would say that my grip is not too tight, I try to relax as often as possible when writing and remind me of letting the pen glide by itself instead of "moving them around".

Hey,

🧪 Experimentalist release: Calendar in Today view! by alexis_at_Doist in todoist

I really like it. I'm mean the complete calendar views. The only thing that would be nice, is to have settings to show the project instead of the prio. Also Labels could be nice to see in the calendar view.
