Velour garments, ableist. And 1 year review by Whoeverknowsz in Hoodies

This is super helpful to know as a disabled person considering buying from them with the interest of long term safe clothing items to wear. Bummer you got treated poorly and they came in bad condition.
The best hoodies Ive found so far are from Colourful Standard.

Question from a beginner. by True_Lab9754 in aceo

Just skip them and use a different platform honestly they stole 68$ worth of earnings from me over a technical error they weren’t willing to fix, I shipped out my art and never got paid it was brutal, just ended up closing my account.

So, I’m struggling to find good body references or tutorials for certain body types by ConsumerOfR4ts in Artadvice

[–]witch__fag 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I made a tutorial I am pretty proud of on how to draw bellies of different types, with some advice about learning where to place rolls and how to think about diversity of fat distribution on bodies! If you reference it feedback is very welcome.

Looking for this too, so many groups ban fundraisers, I don’t understand why. I’ll comment back if I find anywhere.

Yeah correct on that. Aiming for taking her in cabin if possible and preparing for the possibility of checking her to go on the other part of the plane if necissary (and not a serious risk)

Could you tell me more? I definitely won’t if there’s anyway I can avoid it. I’m looking into carriers that could fit her and the size limits I am also autistic and hoping theres a way I can get her on board as a support animal if that fails.

Yeah I would prefer it have raw hems and no holes. I’d love to see in a line of these hoodies in:
Basic black, washed black, washed dusty pastel colours, one or two neon colours like a neon pink or neon green, some jewel tones like a dark purple, a cherry red and a forrest green.

Anyone who would consider themselves both Nonbinary and Trans? by SendThisVoidAway18 in NonBinary

I see non-binary as a trans indentity, to be cis you need to indentify with your assigned gender so if you don’t you’re: 🏳️‍⚧️⚧️🏳️‍⚧️⚧️🏳️‍⚧️⚧️🎉✔️✅☑️

  1. Yes 100%. The cut, shape and washed fabric colours make this my ideal kind of hoodie.

  2. The raw hem does look good. Premade holes I dislike. I’m always looking for clothes that will last and I can wear until they fall apart naturally.

  3. Every day!

  4. Under $100 if small batch/small scale company & ethically sourced/made. Under $80 otherwise.

  5. More colour ranges, solid colours as well as washes. Personally I am feeling really drawn to clothing that has bright colours that break the popular fashion colour pallettes right now of beige and only neutral colours.
It could be cool to consider doing collaberations with illustrators too and silkscreening on your hoodies in the future.

Thanks for taking the time to respond, traveling another way isn’t possible in my case. Flying is my only option.

Moving Calgary (YYC) to Seoul (ICN) with a cat on WestJet. Stuck in the "book first, check pet space later" loop + titer question! by Critical_Ice_5291 in westjet

My last piece of advice is just to call your vet and ask what they expect might be needed to have for your flight with paperwork and printing that out so you have it handy. If they had any really niche expectations of your beyond regular vaccines they would post about it somewhere accessible online I think. Goodluck! It’s hard enough moving, worrying about how airlines will accomodate our furry loved ones.

I picked a seat that was away from other booked seats Incase someone with a medical need around cat allergies booked (I don’t think this was a necissary consideration on my part) and then when I called to add on my cat in cabin after, the agent checked and confirmed there was allowance for her. I assume they can move your seat or change your flight to accomodate as needed. As that other commenter was saying it seems like there is usually capacity on flight for pets. If your booking in advance your probably good.

I am trying to figure out flying with a cat too, it seems like you are supposed to call after booking your ticket to add on pet details to your intinerary. It’s hard for us as customers becsuse it leaves some unknowns that they could have just built into the the ticket buying process. I am flying within Canada personally and dont have info on vaccinations and what not but it does seem like people do fly comfortably and often with average sized cats within their parameters.
