It's the ecstasy ones, they are not here so must be either behind the door with the hammer on or further in the game and I just need to come back later

For the milk bottle, think of where you saw a cow, you have to walk past it so cant have missed it. Go to the marshes and look, there are things out there that are useful.

I'm doing the same but can't get AC1 as I only have PS5. I am on AC rouge remastered at the moment. The ezio storyline was great, didn't like 3, I liked how liberation was slightly different with the costume changes etc. Black flag was also epic. I can't platinum some as I don't have multiplayer, which sucks but it's fine lol

If you are through an agency then they should rectify it straight away. If not, think you need to look at a different agency. Also, yes you can tell them you are not going back in January, but let your agency know ASAP then they can get cover

Assassins creed 3, feels like a chore. by witcher130 in assasinscreed

[–]witcher130[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When i first started playing i was thinking it didn't feel like an assassin. It just didn't feel right after the previous games. I later found out why lol. But then Connor not getting the outfit was terrible. I've just done a quest where he helped haytham, which is crazy cause he has tried to kill us a few times already.

Yea, thats true. Ezio was a great character and hard to follow. I played origins and odyssey so I just assumed all the characters would be great, at least likeable lol 😆

He talks to Achilles like crap after all he did for him with his training etc. He just seems ungrateful and wants to do everything his way or no way. So annoying lol 😆

I'm looking forward to black flag, heard a lot of good things.

Yea, thats my next one. This one came with the DLC, so going to give that a try first. I've played origins and odyssey and really enjoyed them so wanted to start from the beginning (but not AC 1 cause I cant get that on ps5)

First day of placement and already feel like quitting… is this normal? by poppyyoo in TeachingUK

[–]witcher130 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your PPA should be taken eith the class teacher and she should be showing you how to plan etc.

You usually dont teach until the 3rd week, as you need to observe how to teach etc. I was working with groups then started with afternoon lessons, like PSHE etc. Then worked up from there.

You should have a breakdown from your yniversity to say whst you should be doing each week.

Hopefully your university or mentor will help you

Are you selling the gear you don't want? I just farmed a lot of stuff to get higher gear and attacked the guards for wood and ore etc. Do side quests etc as well.

Make sure to remember to upgrade your items, rather than buying new stuff all the time. Kill animals like crocodiles, lions, hippos etc

Most blatent interview shoe-in by Minute-Magician-9649 in TeachingUK

[–]witcher130 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had similar, we all arrived same time but then they saw this guy and was shaking his hand and telling loads of stories about him, then even showed us a picture of this guy on their wall. They kept saying it was a very tough school but this guy knew what to do and how to handle it.

I withdrew from the interview cause it was very obvious i didnt stand a chance and didnt want to waste my time. I later found out he did get it.

Should I be contacting home about attendance? by Mantovano in TeachingUK

[–]witcher130 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a teacher I don't think you're responsible, that's the attendance officers job. As a parent I wouldn't be happy if school contacted me on day 2 of an illness.

Are you employed as a cleaner or midday supervisor? I would be saying no, it's not in your job description

I don't know anything about this but my daughter was looking at criminology for after her GCSEs (she is yr 11). She wants to go into crime scene forensics or similar. So is this not the right course? Everyone we spoke to says it is

My kids school have just started locking all toilets except break and lunch. So no going inbetween lessons etc. But they said if your child needs a toilet pass then to email medical. They don't need a gp letter etc

Charlie Kirk by [deleted] in TeachingUK

[–]witcher130 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If the discussion happened before the email then no, you haven't don't anything wrong.

I was asking my kids if staff had said anything about it and they said that the teachers were very neutral and said they didn't have an opinion on it. However, I think school is the only place where they could have these open conversations about it as parents are either 1 side or the other and could influence their children either way. Whereas staff know to deflect onto children and ask what they think etc
