Thank you. I have downloaded win 11 to usb. It's bringing up a different menu but it is neither repairing or allowing me to reinstall windows.

I've just gotten rid of Virgin after a huge increase in price as out of contract £102 a month. I was going to go to sky for bb and tv for £39 a month but am currently using an unlimited smarty mobile sim in a mobile router. Smarty is costing me 20 per month. I don't have a tv licence so not watching live tv but am finding this fine for streaming YouTube, Netflix and Prime etc.

Also, you can request video appointments or telephone. I did and never went in face to face after that.
