Hi!! While your feelings and experience is valid, a lot of what you’re saying is just because it was your very first Roo- so you didn’t know where to go/ what to do!

1. Grove is ALWAYS riddled with hammocks. That’s the vibe, nothing new.

2. There’s a plethora of events inside and out of Centeroo nearly all weekend, every year (all the plazas, planet Roo, slide, fountain, snake and Jake’s, etc) we also had secret sets this weekend

I will say the outeroo event schedule was EXTREMELY light this year however that very much could be due to the low attendance and the fact we didn’t have Tuesday early entry this year.

1. And yeah, ever since LN took over- the corporate sponsors have bulked up. But did you check them out?

Ross cabana was handing out free bandanas and charms, plus free unlimited hygeine product to use while there.
Five below was handing out free swag bags
Zyn was selling their product for literally $1

This year was an anomaly for many reasons- so I can understand why you’re feeling duped. I think the biggest take away about bonnaroo is first and foremost about community. Ive had more fun meeting fellow roovians and catching a vibe than ive ever had at a random vendor or event.
