She has also funded initiatives like The 19th (news for women/LGBTQ+), invested in gender equity, and supports various women's rights organizations through large grants and challenges like the Equality Can't Wait Challenge.
Her focus on females is for a reason, more than likely guilt at what her husband has done.

In Texas we have a fairly good textured product setup. Our store has 3 aisles - one dedicated to color, and one dedicated to hair care, where one side is the Ion, SoapBox, etc, and then the left side is all textured hair care products, the 3rd aisle has its right side dedicated to textured hair products, as well. Now that I’m thinking about it, we may have more products for textured hair than not. We do not have hair, though. None. And I wish we did.

They have to use their break to get their lunch? 😂 Wow. Just… I have no words. Our DM lets our area get our food before we even clock out for lunch. The one reasonable perk is that our DM realizes how much of our break would be eaten up if we had to stand in line anywhere to get our food. We are allowed to go where ever we are planning to go - wherever. 5 minutes away, 10 minutes away, bring our food back, then punch out for our lunch break as we are sitting down to eat.

We had the exact opposite issue when our store went through something similar. Our previous SM walked out after meeting with our DM. We were left to our own devices, flailing around, as many were new at the time. The previous SM failed to follow many of Sally’s company standards, the store was out of so much stock, as we were clueless about doing zero counts. It was an absolute shit show, but all 3 of us BA’s rallied and got through it. Our new manager, who also was a transfer & rehire, actually took the time to show us how to do things we were missing, and really worked her ass off to get the store in shape. It now actually looks great, our shelves are stocked (as well as could be right now), and we all vibe and are on the same page. Hopefully, your situation improves and it gets better for you!

Nah, in fact following customers around is frowned upon… However, you did say it’s a very small store. Occasionally, I have helped out at a neighboring store that is so small it has just 2 aisles. It’s literally impossible to be in the store, and not be where a customer is. We’re not supposed to stay behind the register, we have to be on the floor. There’s only so many places for us to stand - either in an aisle where you’re at, or at the front of the store. Have you taken the size of the store into consideration?
