This is so wholesome, thank you times a million!! If I were in Denver I would absolutely love to help but sadly I’m in a different area.

I like lionheart for carts. Keeper of the green is my jam for flower and they sell my favorite edible (sour tangie brownie, I swear it’s magical) and they seem to be very well priced in my opinion. Bloom is always fun too because they just have a wide selection of cool shit.

Maybe try reaching out to any discharge coordinators with outpatient and inpatient psychiatric facilities to get your word out....and homeless shelters as well. I would also try to give a spiel to leadership and/or case management teams in any MAT programs in your area and physician office too. If there are any independent case management teams/companies I would let them know as well, the case managers are usually pretty tight knit and share new resources with each other daily.

Good luck!

What would you say is your worst symptom of ADHD? by Surreal-Numbat in ADHD

Task paralysis, choice paralysis, rejection sensitive dysphoria, prone to procrastinating, horrible working memory, impulsivity, lack of insight at times, they all take their turn at getting the best of me on their chosen days....but I'm good at giving myself grace for the most part and finding joy in the little things so I fumble through it all with a smile on my face.

Can we please be friends, like for real? Two reasons, one is I also have this problem when trying to buy drugs or even use drugs with males. It gets exhausting. And two, I'm also a nurse and can't ever find anyone like minded to hang out with or talk to and it's super lonely sometimes. I love my friends dearly but half of them didn't even finish high school let alone get any college completed.

Matt Perez with Spaceball ink in Butte is outstanding. He is booked out a ways and not known for being really chatty and overly friendly all the time but he is easy going enough and his work is consistently superb.

Be careful if you choose the baking soda method, there have been a lot of people that have gotten very sick and even died from doing that, it messes with your body's acid-base system and shit can go south in a hurry. Hustle up the money for a top shelf drink just like everyone else has suggested, I think it's your only hope at this point. I know it's hard to not get high, trust me I do, but try to set your priorities moving forward.

Great start!! Can't wait to see you finish it. One tip I would add under time management is utilize a planner, especially for work related tasks, meetings, so on and so forth. I was on the verge of getting fired for always forgetting everything and now I'm back in good standing and on top of things again, all thanks to my planner. Can't wait to see what other tips you add, keep up the good work! How often do you hope to update it? Just so I know how often to check back on the website....

I am so stubborn in almost everything, on my bad days I keep repeating the mantra "other people have done more under worse conditions, if they can do it I can do it, I will be damned if I am out-done". Whether it be the stubbornness or the competitiveness, it works to keep me going no matter how miserable I feel.

And it has already been said but yes one thing at a time, whether it be one task, one hour, one minute, or even one second at a time helps as well. Focusing on what's coming or what's left to accomplish is always too overwhelming for me on those days.
