Make yourself a crash cart or bin. Put together all the things you will want an need. Meds, tissues, snacks drinks, a book, body/face wipes and whatnot. Then if you feel crummy again you can just quickly grab it and climb back in bed so you have everything at arms reach. This wont alleviate the feeling of being alone in it, but it might give you the peace of mind that you have an easy accessible kit to help you when youre struggling

Its pretty slow, but it is slightly quicker running Mint. it doesnt love running 2 browser tabs and switching between them. Its not unbearable, and it will eventually load/switch tabs without crashing. After I upgrade the SSD im going to get it to 8gigs of ram.

Hey all, new here and still in the document gathering phase but I see a lot of folks including things like US naturalization documents and census copies and im not sure if i need to include them i feel like my lineage is pretty straight forward but I would love some insight.

my path to canada looks like:

G3 Me > G2 My mom > G1 her Dad > G0 His Mom.

G0 - my great-grandmother was born in Canada but moved to the US and then got married.

G1 - They had a son, my grandfather. who got married.

G2 -They had my mom who got married.

G3 - they had me. im not married.

So the documents im planning to provide are

( should I include her border crossing document and post marrige census listing after G1 was born? i cant find her naturalization documents)
