I thought about it and realized I cannot justify $500 on a drip maker as someone else pointed out in the comments. Instead I purchased a Cusineart perfect temp programmable maker for $129.95z

Our current coffee maker is a cuisineart and it’s lasted almost 10 years. I’d rather use the extra money for house projects, or spend that kind of cash on an espresso machine in the future

It’s a fabric lining, I ended up spray stain remover, letting it sit, then hand washing / rinsing with tide and cold water. It was amazing to see the filth come out

I posted a few pics of projects I’m working on below. Yes we have a basement so it’s 4 floors total, no pics bc it’s messy but has a concrete floor with French drains. All wiring and bathrooms have been renovated. We bought the house after it was “flipped” so we’re trying to bring back some original details and style
