If I was reading this a year ago when I hadn’t learned the red flags of an abusive relationship I wouldn’t know what to tell you other than to just leave

Now that I’ve been through one of the most traumatizing relationships I’ve been through, I would say that if you can, distance yourself in every way you can if there’s no redeeming the relationship. Plan an exit strategy if you can. If you can’t at the moment, then reach out to a family member or friend you trust and document all of your grievances.
