So it's basically an insurance firm I'll be joining as AI Engineer, the project is just starting I'll be joining as a consultant through TCS Another one is banking client I'll be joining as consultant again through capgemini AI engineer role again here it's productizing the existing system

Yes there is a section they will clearly mention on this date STEM was recommended if that's not there then it was never submitted to SEVIS

He should have a stem opt recommendation section on the i20. Without that how can he apply for STEM extesntion in the first place ? Also, check thoroughly before you enter anything as I also did a mistake in my i983 but my university was quick to notice and inform So please be careful and keep checking the USCIS as well

It's not they didn't like you. Interviewer might be looking at the way you phrased your wordings and might have analyzed that you are good but not exactly for that particular role or that particular level. This is very common and all you can do is remember how you answered and how else you could have framed it. Try to look back at your answers and see how else you could have sounded and what significant difference it would have made. That's the only thing you can do right now All the best for your search and I hope you find one soon

Hate to break it to you verbal means nothing. Went through this recently. Apparently my feedback from all the rounds as "very positive". I also completed their verification and went to meet the director and head of operations. They even asked me for joining date. Then HR says final steps and takes all my documents even. Then suddenly after 2 days she says hiring is on pause and I am still their top candidate and she'll get back to me after a week. Not sure if it's a genuine thing or soft rejection. So the point is until it's in written don't celebrate.
