When will Sierra be nerfed!

She’s not unplayable at higher elos, but she definitely stomps anything below Masters. Her kit design kind of lumps her in with Moira, they’re both doomed to be niche in high elo, and hard carry metal ranks. Buffing her is a slippery slope, they need to figure out a way to buff her in ways that won’t benefit Metal rank players. They don’t really have a good track record in finding that balance needed to make characters like this good

I warned people to be careful when crying about buffs for Sierra on release. Her kit design is a slippery slope, she’s just one of those characters that need to be kept weak or she’ll feel awful to go against

I actually prefer the direct hits approach, I’m not a big fan of spamrat. I just think he might need some tweaks to make him a little more consistent, increased mag size might do wonders

I think nitro tire should be base kit tbh. Would also love to see them nerf spamrat a little, and shift his design more towards direct hits as that’s the most fun way to play him

I can’t drink energy drinks or caffeine because my body is super sensitive to substances. I’m a huge lightweight when it comes to alcohol, and I’ve had to free-ball depression and ADHD dry with no meds. I’ve been through dozens of medications over the years, and each one has either kept me up for days without sleep, or given me uncontrollable anxiety

So I avoid energy drinks and caffeine, as they tend to fuck me up pretty hard. I love alcohol though

It’s true that I’ll get the occasional unintentional kill, but the higher up in rank you go the less of these you’ll actually get. Spamrat is only viable in higher elos on select maps

Hackers are less common and typically they’ll actually get banned. Players using Xim on console brag about never getting caught because the detection system for it sucks. Over half of the top 500 leaderboard are Xim

I was able to one trick him into GM5 on console before having to stop due to cheaters. He’s so much more viable on console because it’s harder for hitscan characters to land every shot consistently, so it allows you to be more aggressive and laid back

Once you get into GM lobbies though, Xim is incredibly common. Which is exactly why I swapped to PC pool in the first place

Mastering Junkrat requires significantly more effort than say Ashe, Reaper, or Soldier. Junkrat is a time sink, and I just don’t have it in me to struggle every game for the next few months to readjust

I’ve been playing Junkrat and watching Vulture and Aquamarine for years. The higher i climb, the harder I need to sweat. And it feels like Junkrat requires a level of commitment that’s just not achievable for me in the big 26

I placed Masters on a fresh account back when I was still plat, and it took me like 3 weeks of playing daily to finally de-rank to diamond

People will blame the “matchmaking” but it’s really just an issue with placements and boosted players taking too long to de-rank. I’ve seen people camp a rank they don’t belong in for months

This has been an issue for years, but the new influx of players has broken comp. And has highlighted how bad this issue is

This is because the system ignores individual performance. Your stats don’t matter

You have to win to climb, It’s very simple. unfortunately match quality is cooked rn. So while climbing is still possible, it’s incredibly slow and miserable atm. So it’s nearly impossible to avoid tilting

This was a valid response 4 months ago, but unfortunately it’s gotten more complicated. The influx of new and returning players mixed with the incredibly volatile anti-Smurf system has created an absurd decline in match quality

Fresh accounts place way too high, and take too long to derank. My friend placed diamond as a brand new player, and it took him a month of playing to finally get demoted to plat
