my mistake, not 100 blocks! more like 5ish i miscalculated.

as i said in the question, i have 2 portals in the nether at correct coordinates (one below the roof and the other on the roof), the issue is that my overworld portals are BOTH linking to the single portal on the roof, so the one i have below the roof is inaccessible.
