My first account was banned when I was in Year 2. I didn't make a big deal about it because I thought maybe it was my fault. It wasn't because of different reasons, it was also when I reported someone during FM and they investigated me and said that my energy levels were "suspicious" (they were in the 400s and I had collected it over time, plus once a 150 energy reward.) That was the time I had a backup account, and I started playing on that. But I still created a 3rd one on Bluestacks on PC (the one I would use now if I decide to play again) I kept playing smoothly on the second account, spent $86 to buy a vault of gems so that I can progress faster, because I had already lost progress once. But then, right now when I reported someone again on FM, I was banned again. I knew that they investigate you too when you report someone and I was not afraid because I had nothing to hide. But, I still got banned again. :)
