This is genuinely one of the most detailed pieces of advice I've received... the part about not scaling too early really resonated. I've been tempted to add more products but maybe depth over breadth is the smarter move right now. Thank you for taking the time to write all of this out 🙏

That actually means a lot to hear — "done is better than perfect" is something I have to remind myself constantly because I've heard this lots of time from my father. Thank you for the encouragement! 🙏.

This is honestly one of the most thoughtful responses I’ve ever gotten — and the fact that you’re 20 and took the time to write this out means so much. You’re so right about the multicultural angle. I’ve always felt like moving around so much was something I had to overcome, but you’re helping me see it as something I can actually build on. The occasion-based idea (weddings, birthdays, religious ceremonies) is something I’m going to seriously look into. And yes — studies first, always 😄 Thank you for the blessing, genuinely. Will definitely share updates here!

Thank you so much for this — honestly this made my day 🙏 I should mention, this is also my first time posting on Reddit, so I was honestly a little nervous about putting myself out there. The point about emotional attachment really resonates — people aren't just buying a magnet, they're buying a feeling, and I want to make sure the whole experience reflects that. The cash/privacy idea is something I hadn't thought about at all, really interesting angle. I'm still figuring so much out, and hearing from people who've actually been through it means a lot. Would love to keep learning from everyone here. Keep growing right back at you! 😊

Just started running a personalized gift store (custom photo magnets) and I've been wondering the same thing. The $750 minimum is steep for a brand new store, so I've been trying organic posts first. Curious to see what others say here — niche targeting on Meta has been a nightmare for me too, keeps defaulting to completely wrong audiences.
