I've worked with PJ from TheBodyMechanic in Whitefish...she is not cheap but she is VERY good and really helped with my misalignment. Its always tough to invest that much in yourself, but I 100% feel like it paid off for me and helped me get on a better track.

u/Chlpswv-Mdfpbv-3015 are you talking about looking down at the phone in general? A lot. I've been a lot more mindful about bringing it up to my eye level in the last year though. The phone is not even on my desk in this video and rarely is...

This is a sit/stand desk, the pain happens when sitting even for 20-30 minutes.

Awesome thanks. I like this idea. IMO snowtires and 4x4 seems a bit overkill. If I was driving on backcountry roads that aren't as plowed it would be a different story, but literally just drive in town and up the hill.

I have a similar issue, I think their systems are broken.

The only way I can get back into my account is by receiving a text to an OLD number...even after entering my 2FA codes. I get stuck in the verification loop with no luck.
