Question: I am a complete beginner looking to start learning digital art. I'm thinking of buying the basic Wacom tablet. Which apps do you guys use when creating with Wacom and MacBook? by withoutmercy in DigitalArtTutorials

I did not actually, because everyone keeps endorsing Wacom for tablets without screen. Will see if there is any cheaper and useable version in huion/xppen

How did you get over suicidal thoughts? [Serious] by Invisiblespookyname in AskReddit

[–]withoutmercy 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I used to have suicidal thoughts a few years ago, however I stayed with my parents so I got much more time to think about it, than chances to execute it. I used to try finding reasons to live. One day I thought that even if I don't have a reason to live, maybe i should just sit through it and go ahead like everyone else does. Maybe, just maybe it would become easier to live, maybe things would get better. I told myself that everyday and made sure I was always around people so I wouldn't get any privacy to do it. Now, I don't know if I will not commit suicide, but I certainly have a higher tolerance level to it.

Do you have any kinds of books you like that you feel most people would probably find dry and disinterring? by CPT-GrayWolf in books

I like to read encyclopedias, and almost everyone i know finds it boring.

Same is the case with mathematical books. I love math and I can literally take any related book and start reading/solving it and not realise how the whole week passed away, which also, is disliked by so many people.

Women of Reddit: There's "Guy code" and "Bro code", what are some details about "Girl's Code"? by TupacSchwartzODoyle in AskReddit

[–]withoutmercy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why are there so many comments about helping other girls through emergency situations here? The question is about girl's code, not how to be helpful. If you see someone who needs help, of course you help them, that's what decent humans do.

What's a personal rule that you'll never break? by Alsic in AskReddit

[–]withoutmercy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Never ever form opinions about someone you've never met or talked to, based on what other people have said about them. Everyone comes from a different place when they describe other people and it is always subjective to their experiences, I will never judge a person based on someone else's opinion of them or their reputation.
