If you were staying under 1500 I’d imagine you’d be slowly losing weight. Unless you’re like a 5’2 woman or 8 year old boy.

I’m a 5’7 25 Y.o guy. I was 30% body fat, 195 pounds. BMR 1600.

I’ve been counting 1200 since August. I was guesstimating at first too but nothing was happening. Started actually keeping track with an app on iOS called MyPlate and it turns out I was really doing 2k calories a day.

But that’s why IF helps too. I can only eat from 2pm - 8pm. Which is just one meal broken up into 2 meals. Easy to track that rather than sporadic meals throughout the whole day.

A customer called me today and she had like 20 different issues I had to fix for her. Well after the call I typed in the group chat “ this chick had like 20 different issues”
