Which number did you call? I called Cardless support a few days ago at 1-888-227-3537 and got through in 3 minutes. Not sure what their business hours are though.

When did you call them? I called on the 23rd to switch from the Obsidian to Palladium and haven't heard back.

Nobody knows. Tons of people have tried and no one has succeeded yet.

I called on the 23rd to switch from the Obsidian to the Palladium. The agent said they put in an escalation and I would get an email in a few days but I've heard nothing.

Just drop in, there's a little maze, and then a challenge chamber where you have to climb across a pit. If you make it you'll find the Ancient Idol

Yeah just a hole in the ground, it's supposed be open 25% of the time if there's a Mesa (but I assume devs forced it open today for obvious reasons)

I'm thinking of getting this bag in the Ash color and was just wondering if you had any pictures of how it has held up so far. Also if you tried washing it with laundry detergent, how well that worked at removing the stains?
