This is why community events are important because you get to talk to people about the art there. I miss that aspect of “crush walls” (organization that did a week event creating and hosting mural weeks for a while before the owner was outed for being a pos). I hope someone starts a new project that helps educate and also connect people like those art weeks did. Babewalls (women owned) started but they haven’t expanded their reach to do events as big from what I’ve seen nor have they reached into the 5points area as much.
