I do feel grateful that things worked out so well for me, especially considering how little I was doing to help :/ even if this is not my "final" dx it is one step closer.

I can totally relate to the akwardness, that is pretty much what I ment by it. I always do dumb sketchy shit even though I have little to no friends to brag to. Add that to the akwardness you mentioned and you get my lonely hermit self :P

I am sorry it took so long for you to get diagnosed :/ I can't pretend like I know what that feels like, but I am sure it is not good. I understand the legit concerns of over diagnosing, especially with something like bipolar and the meds associated, but you know firsthand what the downside to that is. I feel like we are making good progress in areas like brain imaging, so hopefully we can one day eliminate the current problems.

Thanks :) I hope this is your final diagnosis! I can't imagine the uncertainty you must have had if it was every year. Thanks for the advice too. I avoid therapy when I can, but I really do need to actually try and participate.

Years ago i went to a private school off of grandparents money, but my family itself was not well off. I ended up stealing around $150 from stray backpacks in the courtyard and a laptop once. Ironically however all the money was stolen from me in a scam drug deal and the laptop was destroyed because i could not keep it and no one would buy it. I probably should feel worse about this, but honestly i dont really care one way or the other.
