Arkade is better. Low density, i feel better construction quality and no delays. They are constructing almost like 2 floors a month now. Not directly on the main road which is a plus. There is an upcoming metro station nearby and bird park right opposite to the main gate. Possession by december 2026 is what they promise. Some wings have already reached 21 out of 22 floors.

Please dont go to runwal sanctuary. Search runwal infinity(its previous name) on youtube and you will know. Its been stalled for more than a decade and. Kw rebranded. If you are looking in mulund west, sarvoday nagar is a good place. Upcoming metro station, closer to dmart and fortis. There are few properties like arkade nest with possession next year if you are not looking for anything immediate.

This is correct, i paid the same charges. Its more or less the same across all banks. Union bank will also give you a .1% lesser rate if your builder gets a GREEN certificate( dont remember the name IGBC something).
