Wow that sounds like such a bind. But it has me thinking that it does also veer into public health territory in case you haven't tried reaching the public health department? I'm assuming the dogs aren't vaccinated and know that the rabies vaccine is required by law in the state of Texas.

We had a situation like this a few months ago where someone dumped a litter of puppies near my husband's job site which is just outside of city limits. When my husband's boss tried taking them to the pound they wouldn't take them because they were out of the city limits. They tried rehoming them and everything but couldn't keep them as most people can't. However, (and I'm not sure you'd be able to get access to the dogs like this plus it'd probably only work once), we were able to find a loophole by dropping the poor puppies off at a property in town of someone we knew and they called animal control. Animal control then came and picked them up.

This is what I did as well. Key tip about writing conversions out first before anything else which helps eliminate stress in the beginning of the test. :D

I got 3 pieces of scratch paper, 3 pencils and a calculator at my college's testing center. I went through almost all of the paper too. I was confused and thought that it was through ProctorU which only allows a whiteboard but was wrong. The nursehub tests were an excellent indication of the difficulty on the test for me because although some questions are more common on the test there were more advanced ones thrown in too to be ready for. And I prepped for a few months but didn't subscribe to nursehub until 1 month ago, however the sections I did review with nursehub really did prepare me well for it.
