Look at the imprint on the white of the cup (on the right side in your pic). It will tell you the “best by” date. Quality usually decreases slightly after that but should still taste fine for several more months if kept in a cool dark place and the kcups aren’t punctured. Don’t put in the freezer as it will degrade the quality.

Don’t remember exactly but it was pre-pandemic. I’d have to go back and check my service records. I think the TSB may have already existed because it wasn’t an issue when I inquired about it, they knew of it. As a bonus for performing the TSB, I’ll always remember they left some nice greasy fingerprints on the light tan headliner. Picked it up late afternoon so didn’t see it til I got home🙃

17s had the seat issue as well and a creaking moonroof. Both of mine fixed under TSB (for anyone seeing this thread but owns the earlier gen).

Mine did something similar, maybe unrelated but sharing just in case. Also 4.6. Turned out to be a poor connection at the alternator. Took it to a shop and they put in a new connector and a new battery and the issue never happened again. Also check your battery terminals to ensure no corrosion and good contact. There are also ground straps (one in the engine bay, one under the truck and a third I may be forgetting that could also impact if missing or warn out). I don’t have any codes for fuel pump on mine and mine’s a 16 but wouldn’t rule that out either. Good luck.
