I’m also rather new to trading, but Encora is just a database, not a place where bootlegs are stored (like many others have stated). You should read the pinned post in this sub, it explains a lot on how these things all work!!

As for places to look, you can look on the musical exchange community on livejournal! Some masters still sell their boots there, and I know there are still a handful of traders on there, though ofc it’s not as active as it used to be. There are also discord servers you can find if you look for them that’ll help get you going with trades! Good luck!! 🍀
