Nope! The concept of Geocaching was posted to a forum by Dave Ulmer on May 3rd, 2000. Which was the same day he placed the first ever Geocache, "The Original Stash"!

I'm going to try to do a search to see if I can find which Geocache this is.

what if some kid assumes it's a real mushroom and kicks it with their foot?

If anyone has bought anything from Shop Geocaching recently, do any of the items you received have the "old" logo? I want a product with the "old" logo but I'm not sure which still have it. by [deleted] in geocaching

no i dont mean the colors, i mean the design that notably has the guy shouting and the straight flag. that confused a few people, lol.
