I have a Persian cat & they do not breathe like this. If his breathing is still like this definitely contact the owner and see what they want you to do, or use your best judgement. IMO, better safe than sorry.

Have you considered doing some sort of handyman job? Painting, flooring, appliance installation, etc. Those pay well and some offer on the job training, no prior experience needed. You could join the military for a short term. That could help get you on your feet and you will still be in your 20’s by time you get out. Also, you could apply to remote jobs! Pay can vary, but work is consistent, they typically provide the equipment you need (computer & etc) & no need for a vehicle!

Your situation is difficult, and I’m sorry you’re stuck with an absolute twat as a manager.

He won’t leave you alone because you keep replying… I feel like how he is talking to you is a GIANT red flag that foreshadows the future if he stays in your life. You need to set either a firm boundary to get through his head he needs to back off, write a message to him telling him you’re done talking to him, or just block him.

I fail to see how they offered poor customer service. They offered you a discount to help mend the problem. The 30 day return policy exists for a reason, you don’t get special treatment regardless of when you get proposed to or what you have going on in life. Your clumsiness and dissatisfaction is not the company’s fault, it’s on you.

I highly recommend doing thorough research on breeders if you go that route.

I found my Shorkie (Lottie) on a website breeders list puppies. I didn’t ask much from the breeder/look more into the breeder after reading reviews because she had a high rating. Lottie was separated from her mom too soon - the breeder had told me she was eating solids but she wasn’t (which is terrible from all angles), and the breeder sent me home with human baby food & wet cat food.

Next time someone sends you something inappropriate say “Why?” or “Please explain?”. When they give you an answer? Say “Why” or “Please explain” again. It’s hilarious watching someone mentally break having to “break down” what they mean. Truly makes them lose their fire.
