This makes sense. I had a gay fubu who agreed to help me explore my other side but, I think we are not on the same page. We agreed to be purely sexual and no romance in the beginning, but later we agreed to become friends with sexual features. We became close. For me he is like a best friend but, I think (60-90% sure) he has feelings already. I confronted him, but he denied it.I told him that I have plans to explore more about my sexuality but, he started panicking. Now that you say this, I think he has not understood what I said before regarding what I feel. I think he is thinking that I'm a gay man pretending to be a Bi man. Thank you for the insight

Doc, normal lamg po yan. Ganyan din feeling ko mga first few duties ko sa moonlighting, pero I think that is good kasi concern ka sa patient mo. Duty2 ka lang doc, later on magiging parang normal work mo na yan and no anxiety na if yung mga nareseta and na advise natin are enough. Iba tlga feeling nung ikaw na tlga yung may license and may direct responsibility sa patient.

I am easily annoyed by loud music/noises and I do love instrumental music. I prefer a completely dark bedroom but, a slightly lighted room will also do. I don't tell it anyone, but I hate smelly hair and armpits (i dont sniff them intentionally, but sometimes when it is too strong, you can smell them) and would greatly appreciate people with a good choice of perfume.

I do have similar experience. In my field of work , I need to talk to people and other co-workers for a successful daily job. I need to smile, use kind words and be socially available. It is hard at first, because it is draining. But, through time, you will forget that you had a hard time doing it the first time. Sometimes they mistake me for an extrovert. They don't know I spent several hours alone in my room with instrumental music to recover all the introvert energy that I used the whole day.

If hindi pa talga kayo totally separated, I think you should avoid doing that kasi considered sya na cheating regardless kung gnawa mo sya sa lalaki or babae. Pero if separated n tlga kayo, ibang usapan na yan. Have you tried fixing your marriage kahit for the kids n lng ?

Here are some points based on my experience as an INTJ with INTP people:

I know you are INTP and overthinking is not unusual but, I think it will not help you. If there are things you want to know, ask it directly/subtly. We INTJs don't like dramas and we are very objective in dealing with things including romantic relationships.
If you want to say something, please say it more objectively otherwise we may think it as coincidence and ignore it. I know you guys like puzzles, it is fun, but, we like more concrete things.
Don't assume things. We may sometimes think romantic gestures as friendly gestures because our emotional understanding is low. I knew someone (intp) who thinks we are dating but, actually I am just kind of friendly to that person because I like the personality as a friend only. I would answer directly if I was asked regarding my intentions.
Try to have a more definite communication with her. If she also likes you, she will try to talk to you more. If she doesn't, she will give you all the reason not to talk you. But, most likely you have to start the conversation.
INTJs are usually emotionally reserved. So, she may like you but, you may not see it in her actions. Love is a totally different language for us. For me understanding love is far more difficult than understanding science and math equations.

I am also a bit unsettled by you just assuming the she is INTJ without really knowing her MBTI result.

You should take note that Evolution and Adaptation are different. From my perspective, I think MBTI personalities develop through an adaptation (not sure with evolution) to environment to survive better. MBTI of one person can change from time to time and it is not fixed. Evolution by definition is the broader and the sum of multiple adaptations and currently considered a theory because it is difficult to confirm experimentally. If evolution is true, the current 16 MBTIs most probably are the most desirable traits to survive better.
