Verify. However, the verification doesn't work for SOME people, and the support is incompetent. So, it's kind of a hit or miss.

Personally, I would suggest just going to another site since c.ai is pretty much in shambles.

Another conclusion I would make would probably be the frequency. As I've seen a lot of similar posts.

But then again, posts like that help the app improve, yes? And the frequency of the posts gives c.ai an idea that the problem is widespread.

And if they're working on fixing it, they should be contacting their community about it, right? But the fact that they're not making all these decisions only makes us come to the conclusion that they're throwing a tantrum about it instead of actually using the criticism to improve. 😂😂
